By placing your order, you are verifying that you have permission from the seller or you are the seller's authorized agent to order and retrieve any personal information on the seller's behalf whether for resale disclosure or any other purpose.

The following reports are available:
Disclosure Resale Report – Nevada statutes require that the
seller of a home in an association provide this information to the
buyer. It includes an escrow demand if the amount is not with outside
collections and copies of all available association documents, including
the required "letter of litigation".
Escrow Report – Also known as a “demand letter”, this report shows all association account related balances and transfer fees to be collected at closing.
Lender Report – This report is used by mortgage companies when underwriting a loan. It provides information about the association and includes copies of the association documents. Note that we do not complete forms provided by lenders.
Update for Disclosure – This report can only be ordered if a Disclosure Resale Report has been ordered within the previous 60 days. It provides updated disclosure information at a reduced cost.

All resale document orders must be placed online and paid in advance using MasterCard or Visa.

To protect your privacy, you must register on the document ordering website to use it. All personal information is used only to process and deliver your order. Please see the privacy policy on the ordering website for details.

The USPS address of the home being transferred is required to place an order. Be sure that you order for the correct home (more than one home may be shown by the query) and that you order the correct report for your needs (see above). No refunds will be made after the order is delivered.

While Nevada law allows us 10 days to provide the information you request, the typical turnaround time for a resale document order is 4-6 business days. You may request “rush” processing (delivery before the end of the next business day) at the time the order is placed for an additional fee of $100. We cannot make the order rush after it is placed.

Delivery is available via email or, for an additional fee, as hardcopy. We do not fax any resale document orders.

If you request delivery via email (the normal method), you will receive an email with a “Download” button that will allow you to download a “compressed” file containing the report and related documents. Almost all documents are in PDF format.
