We have a whole team of committed Community Managers and Assistants. Our Community Managers enjoy giving a personal touch and can be reached directly by cell phone. If a community member needs to get quick assistance, we provide a 24-Hour live help line. Terra West has a plethora of internal accounting and support staff that work directly with Board Members and Community Managers.

Easy Transitions and Operations

When you hire Terra West, an experienced transition team will ensure a smooth and timely changeover from your current management company. Most of our services are available online and each association has a dedicated phone and email. We even provide each association with a local, pre-qualified vendor list to make your life easier.
