- Terra West has an inventory of over 800 properties to choose from all over Southern Nevada, making it easy to find your perfect rental home.
- Most of our leases are 12 months
- $100 non-refundable application fee per potential resident over the age of 18
- First month’s rent is proprated for mid-month move-ins
- Many of our properties are pet friendly! Pet deposits and additional fees may be required
- Maintenance requests can be made directly online. We also provide a 24 hour phone line!
